The Philadelphia District office under the direction of District Manager Bill Hovis is located in Chester Springs, Pennsylvania approximately 40 miles NW of Philadelphia .

The District operates under a Target "0" safety policy. The office entails 3500 sq. ft of office and 7500 sq ft of warehouse under roof and 15,000 sq ft of outdoor storage. The Philadelphia District office recently received several NMAPC Awards for "ZERO RECORDABLE INJURY". These projects included a large outage for PPL direct and the scrubber ductwork installation at PPL Montour and Brunner Island for Shaw Stone and Webster. Man-hours worked totaled 628,630.

The Philadelphia district covers Eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware and Maryland. Boilermaker Labor for theses is divided as follows: Local 28: New Jersey, Local 13: Eastern, Pa and Northern Delaware, Local 193: Maryland and Southern Delaware. The primary business with in the district is boilermaker based maintenance with utility customers. Some of our clients include PPL , RRI, Exelon, Mirant, Constellation, PSE&G and Shaw Stone & Webster. We are currently under contract with PPL to perform a large outage in the 200,000 man-hour range in less than 50 days. In addition we continue with pulverizer maintenance at Exelon.

Our overall core supervisory group has over 20 years average experience which relates to an excellent on-time record with excellent quality and safety statistics.
