The New Orleans District territory encompasses the states of Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Western Tennessee. The district office is located in Saint Rose, LA (a suburb of New Orleans). The district also has a sub office in Conway, Arkansas.

Annual maintenance outages and Capital Projects on Recovery and Power Boilers in the Pulp and Paper market have provided a reliable and steady business stream. The New Orleans District is the largest boiler contractor in the four state area, annually performing outages for 50% of the paper mills with the remaining mills being serviced by five other contractors. On- line pulverizer maintenance alliance with Entergy has been in place for 10 years. Annual outages on coal and gas fired Utility sites include normal maintenance as well as major pressure part replacement projects.

The District is staffed with an experienced group of Construction Managers, Superintendents, Quality Control Supervisors, Safety Supervisors, Planners and Office Managers.
