NMAPC Safety Performance Awards - Bronze Star
APComPower and East Kentucky Power Cooperative were presented with the National Maintenance Agreement Policy Committee (NMAPC) Zero Injury Safety Award for 2008. The award was given in recognition of the commitment to world-class safety performance and the NMAPC Zero Accident Philosophy demonstrated by APComPower and East Kentucky Power Cooperative. The 9th Annual NMAPC Zero Injury Safety Awards Program dinner took place at the National Air and Space Museum in Washington, D.C. on October 29, 2009. The award was given in recognition of 312,705 direct hire craft labor hours without a recordable accident at the APComPower project in Maysville, Kentucky.
